Pennants

The Pennants season commenced on 27 January with the Grade 3 team at home against Milton Ulladulla and the Grade 6 team away to Worrigee Sports Club. Kangaroo Valley was represented by ‘Tige”’Lidbetter and Adam Rigney in Grade 3 and Bob Dunn, ‘Skippy’ Chittick, ‘Jingles’ Chittick, Deb Folkard and Rob Folkard in Grade 6.

The Grade 3 team had a very good win against Milton Ulladulla with two wins and a loss to take the match by 75 points to 46 and earn nine of the available 10 competition points. Unfortunately, the fortunes were reversed for the Grade 6 team with two losses and a win. We were defeated by 62 points to 45 and only earned one of the 10 available competition points. Hopefully we will improve for the second round against Culburra.
