Over the last three years, there has been a growing interest amongst the children of KV to play football, with
parents and children expressing a desire to play under the Kangaroo Valley banner.
In January 2024, KVFC was approved and established. It was all hands on deck to get the Club up and running
for the 2024 season. The community rallied, a committee was formed and the sponsorship and support from the
community has been overwhelming.
KVFC will play six mixed-gender teams; 2 Under 6s, 1 Under 7s, 1 Under 8s, 1 Under 9s and an Under 10s team
and could include a men’s and women’s team next season.
Benefits of KVFC
• Giving local children, of all abilities, a local sporting club to play sports, keep active and proudly represent
the community they love
• All home games will be played fortnightly at Osborne Park with families from across the Shoalhaven
visiting KV, spending money on businesses within the community
