The response to the announcement on Australia Day have been overwhelming by way of messages (phone and text), emails and cards.
I feel very privileged and honoured, but anything I have done in the past I have enjoyed, and I hope to continue to do so. My achievements have not been done on my own. I have had support from the community and the members of the organisations that I am I am involved in, so to them my sincere thanks.
