Welcome to 2024. We have a busy year ahead with a huge range of educational experiences planned for our young learners.
If you would like to enrol your child at the preschool, we still have a few places available for three-, four-, and five-year-olds. Our two year-old places are all full at present; however you can put your child’s name on the waiting list.
We celebrated the end of the year and the arrival of the festive season with a fabulous live show presented by Shayne, ‘The Magic Jester’. Shayne had everyone laughing out loud with his antics and amazed us all with his sleight of hand; how did he turn the balloon into a rabbit?
After the show we shared a party picnic under the shade of our maple tree. Thank you to all the families for bringing treats to share, and for joining us for this special occasion.
A big group of our 2023 students will be heading to the ‘Big School’. They took part in a presentation celebration with their families and their teachers. The children showed their parents how they could dance and sing to several of their favourite pieces of music. Gen Jereb’s ‘Starfish’ set the scene for the occasion: “I’m a starfish, I’m a clam, I’m a shooting star, that’s what I am. I can be anything I want to be”. All these children have bright futures with wonderful possibilities as they continue their learning journey.
The new year has just begun – more to come on the start of 2024 next month.
